Before filling out the form it is important to be aware of a few things:
-Depending on the type and size of the event, we may require a deposit prior to accepting to your event.
-A minimum dollar amount in sales may be required to cater an event. If this amount is not attained, the host may be required to pay the difference to meet the minimum.
-If outside the Des Moines Metro Area, a fuel charge may be added.
